问题描述：问题一：用seedxds520plus 仿真器连接自己的板子6713，刚开始连接就会提示：Error connecting to the target: Error 0x80000200/-1070 Fatal Error during: OCS, An unknown error prevented the emulator from accessing the processor in a timely fashion. 上电复位，就能连接成功；
问题二：上电复位连接成功后，能正常load工程编译生成的.out文件，执行GO main，程序直接开始跑并 出现以下错误：Trouble Removing Breakpoint with the Action "Terminate GEL_Go()" at 0x803bf3e4: Error 0x00000008/-1076 Error during: Break Point, Cannot set/verify breakpoint at 0x803BF3E4 ，然后弹出问题一的错误-1070窗口。
问题三：重新连接后，跳过 GO main流程，直接run，程序跑了起来，halt暂停后，就弹出问题一的错误-1070窗口。
已经做得测试：1.仿真器没有问题，2：option-->program/project/ICO-->后三个选项已经勾选，3，板子是dsp+fpga结构，dsp输入时钟由FPGA输出，经测试时钟输入没有问题。
疑问：1.错误1070的有没有常见的错误根源？？不知道是硬件问题，还是程序配置问题？
自己接下来给板子上小程序看能不能正常运行。
